Pet Portrait Session: Linus

Linus, the two year old Pug, is exactly what you’d expect.

He’s a pint sized thing with lots of vibrance, energy, and pizazz. Not to mention, absolutely gorgeous with his sleek black coat and big, honey-colored eyes.

This session was in celebration of Linus’ second birthday. Just a few months before we met, Linus swallowed something he shouldn’t have causing him to have a pretty severe obstruction surgery.

After his recovery, his Mom, Jennifer, knew she wanted to have some great portraits of him done learning that sometimes you just never know what could happen. She didn’t want to miss the chance of having photos of him done when he was still puppy-ish.

We selected the Art Museum as the spot and her goals were simple: she wanted at least one portrait showing off Linus’ cute forehead wrinkles and big, buggy eyes. But, she also just wanted images that really showed Linus’ big personality.

Fortunately, Linus was all in for this special birthday photoshoot as well especially given there were treats!

Here are some of my favorite takeaways from this session that Jennifer loved, too!

Your senior pup(s) deserve to be celebrated with a very special Forget Me Not Session. Click here to learn more about these sessions.
