Raleigh Dog Photography Feature: Indigo, The Boykin Spaniel, At Falls Lake Dam
I’ve had the tremendous pleasure to work with Indigo, Indie for short, and her lovely Mom, Katie, on a few occasions now!
For this model session, I wanted a total water loving dog in order to capture a different location and try more wide, environmental shots, plus, those stunning images of water droplets being frozen in action.
My other goal for the session was to allow Indie to be herself - from playing the water, to leaping across a log, to swimming and chewing sticks…
Indie, of course, did not disappoint! In fact, we had to keep her out of the water in order to get any shots on the dock and on land. Our cheeks hurt from laughing at all of her silly antics and Indie had the most wonderful time!
All in all, I’d say our session was incredibly successful and I can’t wait to photograph this silly little girl again soon.
